I'm so thankful that I've had the opportunity to take this course.
It brought me into the world of
blogging!
I had a great excuse to buy my own i-Pad mini
and I got to shop at the App Store lots!
I learned how to use my new apps
and how to integrate them into my teaching practice.
I feel confident that I can support all of my students
by creating a learning environment that is based on
UDL principles with AT integration.
I love that I know how to create a research project for Grade Primary Students using
iTunes U
And I cannot wait to put all of my new knowledge into practice.
I'm so excited to share what I've learned with
my friends, my children and my students.
It's been awesome.
Thank you to my instructor and classmates for sharing a wealth of knowledge with me.
HA! Angela you are SO welcome. I'm so glad we could work together and learn as we go. See you out there in schools.

ReplyDeleteAngela, I feel the same way. So fortunate to take a course that allowed me to take what I learned each week and apply/ put it to use in my own classroom. My Primary class has loved using the iPads and can't wait to see what new apps I find each week. They are growing up in an every expanding age of technology. It is our responsibility as educators to extend their learning and meet their needs as digital learners. Utilizing the iPads in class has helped to extend my students learning and make me more aware of applying UDL principles to my own teaching.
ReplyDeleteHope that you will continue your blog and that we can share great apps with one another :)
Angela, I feel very thankful as well for figuring out how to apply my knowledge of assistive technology. I laughed out loud watching "Kip's Wedding Song". Excellent choice!
